Transliteration: [ Wa bisawmi ghadin nawaitu min shahri Ramadan ]

[” اللهم إني لك صمت وبك آمنت وعليك توكلت وعلى رزقك أفطرت ”]

[ Allahumma inni laka sumtu wa bika aamantu wa ‘alayka tawakkaltu wa ‘ala rizqika-aftartu.]

Translation :[ O Allah! I fasted for You, and I believe in You, and I put my trust in You, and with Your sustenance, I break my fast.]

Dua for Laylatul Qadr (Night of Power)

The  Arabic word  ‘’ Lail ‘’means night and the word Qadr means value and worth’’It is also termed as the night of power. Lail Latul Qadar is the most powerful and revered night. It is the night of forgiveness. Muslims observe this night with continuous prayers and recitation to seek pardon of their sins from Allah. In the Holy quran Allah SWT says:

[” لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْ ”]

Transliteration:[ Laylatul Qadr khayrun min alfi shahr]

Translation: [The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months.]

Dua for recitation on this blessed night is :

[” اللهم إنك عفو كريم تحب العفو فاعف عني ” ]

 Transliteration: [innaka afuwwun tuhibbul afwa fa’fu anni.]

Translation: [O Allah, You are Forgiving, and You love forgiveness, so forgive me.]
